[RESOLVED] Panasonic SR 8582 need drivers

Window recognizes DVD. Won't play disk. Error message no decoder. Need driver, please. Thank you.

This may be a stupid question, but have you tried more than one DVD disk? Do you always get the same error? (Just want to make sure its not the disk...)

This page also indicates that this is an OEM drive...to get the drivers you need, you may have to go back to the OEM to find the drivers you need.

I e-mailed the person who sold the DVD. I need a decoder either software or hardware. Can anyone help me with this. Preferably software..
