Download the drivers!
I have the same camera...the product is manufatured by jasco and there's no driver CD included in the Cam. You have to download the drivers from:
http://www.jascoproducts.com/cgi-loc...html?E+scstore
You'll see several cameras...ours is 98067 (second to last from the bottom).
Good Luck!

Ah, the instructions on the site seem a little strange...
Assuming you have XP, you should be able to double-click on the 98067.ZIP file you downloaded, and use Extract All to unzip the file. For older Windows versions you'll need a utility like WinZip.
If you've done this, you'll slightly confusingly have a folder called 98067 with another folder in it called 98067... Anyway, in there should be an InstallShield installer called GE 98067 MiniCam Pro.exe
Double-click the file to install the drivers. Normally you should not have the camera plugged in while installing drivers, unless the driver installation asks you to plug the device in.
Hope this helps.

64 Bit Driver Problem
Yeah, I'm having the same problem. I have the same cam, and now that I have Windows XP Pro 64 Bit the drivers that came with it don't work. I went to the link you had and downloaded that file. After installing it, it kept doing the same thing like that downloaded driver wasn't for a 64 Bit system either. What should I do?

If you go to the site noted in post #8 above and click on the 'instructions' tab for your model of camera it tells you what OS's are supported.
They also have a Vista reference site BUT no camera data yet:

It seems you omitted to read post #8 which has a link to the drivers on it
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."

I downloaded the driver from THE site. I seems to be the same as the disk that came with the camera. My camera is a Rev. 4. The one they show compatible with Vista seems to be a Rev. 1. Mine worked fine with XP It gets a raster on vista but the raster is trash.
Following is from JASCO site (This only applies to cameras marked with Ver. 1 (item #98067) on the bottom of the base of the camera.) If your camera does not have Ver. 1, it is not Vista compatible.
So if your camera does not have Ver. 1 on the base and you are using Vista------forget it.
