Regarding SATA ports
I have a T6524 Emachine motherboard, which has four SATA ports. I replaced my old power supply for a new 400 wattage, that had the sata plugs...
The issue: My SATA drive isn't being recognized through BIOS at all. I don't know if the SATA ports on the motherboard is completely damaged or what. What can I do to figure out what is wrong with the ports... if there is.. Or how to enable SATA?
Right now my computer is using a PATA hard drive. :x Please help
