nbabe, you've obviously got a severely infested computer, and I think you're much better off just to back up any files you want to keep, then wipe the drive and reload everything. Frankly, with the help you've been given already, if it isn't clean now, I don't think you are going to get it clean short of hiring a pro, and odds are good that he's likely to go the wipe and reload route anyway. I do stuff like this for a living, and sometimes you just have to cut your losses and go on.
